Copper cylinder is coated with photosensitivity resin, exposed and developed by laser beam in order to form Resist.
Then, cell is formed by conducting etching process. By doing so, shape and depth of cell can be easily modified.

Clean room for laser
It is designed to have optimized indoor working environment and to prevent any foreign substance. The room maintains the minimum level (less than 1000 class) of dirt among the air and particle while controlling pressure, temperature, humidity, distribution and speed of air current. Also, particle is measured periodically in order to product defect-free printed electronics copper plate.
