It is a machine to measure hardness of copper plating and chrome plating.

By using a microscope having high-resolution and software (the level of wear of Stylus are considered), cell and wall of electrical engraving can be controlled precisely and systematically.

Sample printing is made by using calibration instrument before delivering copper plate to our customer, in order to check design requested by customer, color balance, printing effect and any problem.

This machine is to mark and scan highly detailed dots that are unseen on surface of the cylinder, which enables intensive inspection.

Cell Development Measuring Instrument
This instrument, measuring directly on the cylinder, measures depth and size of cell and wall, and is able to measure in a variety magnification from low to high resolution.
